This 6-week programme conducted by Maria Larrain in North London will help you if you are experiencing chronic pain, illness, stress, anxiety or depression. It includes daily meditation practice, yoga and reflection with the aim of helping you self-manage your condition by changing your relationship with your day-to-day experience.
