A genuine, independent, community health food shop, located just 5 minutes from Stoke Newington Church Street in north London. It has been serving the local area since 1990.
Packed with the best in organic and healthy eating. You’ll find everything you’d expect and much more besides, all in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Fully committed to sustainable, ethical and health enhancing products, the shop runs it's own popular organic fruit and vegetable box scheme which customers pick up from the shop. The emphasis is on variety, freshness and seasonal produce from the UK as much as possible with a range of good value options available from as little as £6 a box.
In addition to fresh organic fruit and veg, bread and delicious take-away food, there are bulk seeds, pulses and grains, frozen food, and special dietary products, plus organic skin care, herbal remedies and nutritional supplements. (And don't forget a little of what you fancy like organic chocolate). There is also an Ecover refill service and reverse-osmosis purified water for just 20p per litre.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff are always happy to deal with enquiries and order products not in stock and there are excellent bulk discounts and special offers always available.
Access to the shop by public transport is easy as the shop is right on the route of the number 73 bus. Pay and display parking in Carysfort Road or Clissold Crescent. Local delivery of food and/or purified water available.

Tucked away just off the main street opposite the entrance to Abney Park Cemetery is this wonderful shop established in 1975.
You won't find much fancy packaging here. Its Charity owners buy from co-operatives, workers' co-operatives and ethical groups to provide GM free wholefoods at low prices.
This shop is also a herbalist's dream. They stock a vast number (at the last count it was 257) of loose herbs in brown paper packaging.
All profits go to support disaster relief, rural development projects, medical clinics, schools and orphanages all over the world.
