Fortnightly Meditation Course, Highbury, Islington
Teaching different aspects and approaches to meditation and encouraging the individual to develop what works best for them. The groups are small and friendly, creating a safe space for sharing feedback as part of the learning process. There are printed information sheets of theory and practise covered in each session.
