Meditation on the Breath of Space
Join Gilly Angell at the midpoint of the year between deepest winter and the height of summer on a magical journey of self discovery of our breath, through a series of meditations and breath practices, which allow us to become aware of the breath, accepting it for what it is and entering the space between each breath allowing for a profound sense of stillness, silence and ultimate connection with unconditional love and joy.
The session will end with a celebration of The Spring Equinox with the painting of eggs.
Takes place on Saturday 18th March, 2 - 4pm. Cost is just £20. Call Gilly to book a place on 079756480 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Workshops: Do you know how you are feeling? How integrated are you?
3 Consecutive workshops for everyone that is ready to change their old pattern and build new positive ones!
•The workshops will include what stress does to the physical and mental body and vice-versa.
•Do you know if you are fully integrated or not? Are you too much into the logical mind?
•What emotions can you recognise in yourself?
•Do you know how you feel at all times?
•If things around you go all over the place, do you know how you feel and what is causing the havoc around you?
•Knowing how you feel, acknowledging that feeling and dealing with it, is a way of knowing yourself and going for what you really meant to do. Changing the low frequency feeling into positive ones.
•What are your needs? Conversation with your unconscious/self, to know what is really going on. Quieten your mind, however honouring what is bothering you, and deal with it! This is a key to move forward.
•There will be Grounding exercises, and connection to our inner self. The workshops bring you to a conscious embodiment and conscious mind. It is hard, however you are worth it!
